About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead new-business bookings and drive predictable revenue growth. The role owns sales strategy and execution across enterprise, mid-market, and international segments, including territory coverage, pipeline generation, forecasting, deal strategy, and sales performance. The successful candidate will lead and develop sales leaders and account executives, manage strategic negotiations, and establish a disciplined operating cadence with clear performance metrics. They will also partner across go-to-market functions to improve sales productivity, customer acquisition, and execution across a multi-product software portfolio. Candidates should bring 10 or more years of progressive B2B sales experience, including significant leadership experience in SaaS or enterprise software, and at least five years managing sales teams with accountability for bookings and quota attainment. Required strengths include enterprise and mid-market sales, forecasting, complex deal execution, analytical decision-making, talent development, and cross-functional leadership. Experience scaling recurring-revenue sales and proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales tools are expected; a bachelor’s degree is required, and an MBA is preferred. Familiarity with food manufacturing, food safety, compliance, supply chain, or related enterprise software is an advantage.
