Bilingual Leave and Benefits Specialist

Ultimate Staffing Services is recruiting a Leave and Benefits Administrator for a 100% onsite role in Fountain Valley, CA. The position handles FMLA/CFRA/ADA leaves, disability claims, and coordination of return-to-work processes for employees and managers. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of leave administration experience, strong knowledge of California leave laws, and excellent communication.
