The Opportunity

FuntoNetwork is seeking a qualified subcontractor vendor or firm for an upcoming project: CATS IV Streetcar Truck Overhauls . The selected firm will provide the personnel, delivery capacity, compliance evidence, and commercial proposal needed for the work package described below.

Core Responsibilities

• Identify the items and quantities to be handled for Charlotte streetcar truck, hydraulic and brake overhauls.
• Check the current locations and condition of Charlotte streetcar truck, hydraulic and brake overhauls items.
• Match Charlotte streetcar truck, hydraulic and brake overhauls inventory records to the items present.
• Plan the movement sequence for Charlotte streetcar truck, hydraulic and brake overhauls items.
• Identify handling and access constraints for Charlotte streetcar truck, hydraulic and brake overhauls movements.
• Arrange the assigned Charlotte streetcar truck, hydraulic and brake overhauls collection and delivery activities.
• Check received Charlotte streetcar truck, hydraulic and brake overhauls items against the movement record.
• Investigate missing or damaged Charlotte streetcar truck, hydraulic and brake overhauls items.
• Reconcile Charlotte streetcar truck, hydraulic and brake overhauls inventory after each movement.
• Document the final locations and outstanding exceptions for Charlotte streetcar truck, hydraulic and brake overhauls items.

Firm Capabilities / Eligibility & Client Compliance

• Demonstrated experience performing Rail Inventory & Materials Coordinator responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.
• Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.
• Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.

Bring a current resume, examples of relevant individual project work, role-required credentials, availability, and your proposed hourly rate. Be prepared to explain your own contribution to comparable deliverables.

• Provide your firm's legal name, authorized representative, capability statement, comparable project references, and proposed delivery team.
• Confirm staffing capacity, availability, proposed workshare, delivery approach, dependencies, and exclusions for this project.
• Provide applicable client-required licenses, certifications, insurance, security, and compliance evidence; identify any pending requirements.
• Submit an itemized quote with currency, pricing basis (hourly, fixed fee, or milestone), assumptions, expenses, taxes, and support terms.
