John A. Stassi Community Care Center, is the Greater New Orleans area's newest skilled nursing & rehabilitation center, and we are looking to grow our team. Designed for person-centered care, John A. Stassi Community Care Center is the first of its kind in the area and provides care in an atmosphere that promotes resident choice and creates a more home-like setting. We're seeking the right candidate for the position of Admissions Coordinator . In this vital role, you'll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.

What You Bring to the Table:

Essential Qualifications:

• Organize referrals and coordinate with team members to process in an efficient, timely manner
• Listen and communicate with hospital staff, physicians, families, and residents to understand needs
• Data Entry into CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate:

• Prior health care experience is greatly preferred.
• >1 yr of administrative/office experience preferred.
• Must have strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask.
