Company Description Esther's 2.0 is a modern, elevated Cajun + Soul food restaurant and nightlife lounge built on legacy, culture, and excellence. We deliver a premium guest experience through exceptional hospitality, consistent culinary execution, and curated programming positioning Esther's 2.0 as a destination for celebrations, community moments, private events, and high‑energy weekend nights. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, upscale environment and understands that hospitality is both service and experience. Responsibilities Warmly welcome and seat guests with professionalism and poise. Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently. Maintain flow between dining and lounge service. Communicate clearly with management/event coordinator/service team. Uphold the elevated standards of Esther's 2.0 experience. Qualifications Strong communication skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to multitask under pressure. Evening availability required. Proficient in Toast POS is recommended but not required. Previous experience in a restaurant/nightlife lounge is a strong plus but not required.
