Commission Accounting Specialist

Enter commissions received into commission accounting systems in an accurate and timely manner Ensure batch totals entered into accounting system (Applied Epic) reconcile to the amount recorded in the Deposit Register. Any differences are to be investigated and resolved Resolve a full range of internal and external requests (i.e. discrepancies) Perform clerical work such as scanning, running reports, Filing, copying, faxing etc. Assist with training on subject matter (i.e. commission accounting tasks) Become proficient in the use of commission accounting system and understand the ramifications of data entered and its impact on the financial operations of the company Additional responsibilities as assigned Essential Functions And Primary Duties Enter commissions received into commission accounting systems in an accurate and timely manner Ensure batch totals entered into accounting system (Applied Epic) reconcile to the amount recorded in the Deposit Register.
