This in-person, full-time OT contract assignment is an excellent opportunity to work closely with students, educators, and families near Holt, MI, helping children achieve their academic and developmental goals. Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Valid and current OT license for the state
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to design and implement individualized intervention plans
• Commitment to fostering an engaging, accessible learning environment

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students with a variety of needs across K-12 grade levels
• Conduct assessments, write reports, and create individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student outcomes and provide ongoing consultation
• Develop and implement effective intervention strategies that help students participate fully in academic and social activities
• Document progress and maintain accurate therapy records in compliance with district and federal requirements
• Attend and contribute to meetings, workshops, and team discussions as needed
