We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our team! This role helps keep HR operations running smoothly by managing incoming calls, coordinating correspondence, supporting administrative processes, and maintaining accurate employee records.

What You'll Do:
As an HR Assistant, you will:
- Provide administrative support for HR programs, policies, and procedures.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for the HR Department by managing incoming calls, correspondence, shared inbox communications, and routine inquiries.
- Processes, maintains, and updates confidential employee records, personnel documentation, and HR systems.
- Supports employee onboarding by preparing new hire materials, assisting with orientation, and creating employee identification badges.
- Assists with benefits administration, employment verifications, records management, and document retention processes.
- Coordinates departmental activities, maintains office operations, manages supplies, and supports special projects as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- One year of clerical or administrative professional office experience handling sensitive information and documentation is required.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to multitask and stay organized.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook & Teams) and other CRM and HRIS software systems.
