Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Join a winning insurance and financial services team. Apply to become a State Farm Customer Service Representative responsible for taking care of existing customers and up-selling additional products. We are hiring a new team member who has a passion for serving our existing customers and helping them obtain additional products that will save them from a financial disaster when the unexpected happens. This is a rewarding career for the right person. If you have what it takes, you will enjoy a higher income that pays you for working hard and achieving results. We will teach you the skills of insurance planning, selling, and maintaining a strong clientele who will send you referrals and continue to purchase products from you as their life grows.

# Must be able to obtain the property & casualty license in two months. Training & costs paid by agency.

Key Responsibilities

Help our existing and new customers with their insurance needs.
Assist customers with their billing questions & claim support.
Do policy reviews and offer coverages needed by the customer.
Meet sales and activity goals to grow our business by bringing new customers onboard.
