Quality Inspector *4th Shift*

What You Will Do Work a weekend shift on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch. Inspect components, parts, and products per specifications, technical data, and instructions. Inspect complex and precision electronic, optical, electro‑optical, electro‑mechanical, hydro‑mechanical, and mechanical production assemblies and rework. Perform electrical and mechanical in‑process checks, analyze complex and precision parts and assemblies, and perform wiring continuity and component checks. Inspect various composite and fabricated parts, developmental and engineering prototype hardware, and micro‑electronic circuit assemblies. Perform required inspections/measurements and data collection on purchased in‑process and final product/materials. Verify hardware to comply with work instructions. Use verification techniques, including product/process auditing, as required. Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalency (GED). Must be able to work any designated shift, including overnight. Two (2) years of experience in any of the following: Inspecting rework and/or various types of complex assemblies in an electronic manufacturing environment. Inspecting electronic, electromechanical sub‑units or systems. Experience in an industrial or commercial warehouse performing receiving and shipping inspection functions and working with contracts/purchase orders. Experience inspecting parts and assemblies for conformance to specifications. Experience reviewing and inspecting suspended manufacturing items to assist in creating non‑conformance reports. Experience reading blueprints or using precision measuring equipment and working from various quality standards. Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, manufacturing requirements planning, MRP). Pass qualifying and/or practical test and a dexterity and vision assessment. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship required. Ability to obtain and maintain an Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) clearance.
