About the Role:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll provide individualized ABA therapy in home, school, and clinic settings. You'll work closely with children to build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills while helping them achieve important milestones.

What You'll Do:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services in home, school, and clinic environments

• Implement treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Collect and accurately document client progress

• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client success

• Create a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment

• Help children develop skills that increase independence, confidence, and overall quality of life

Schedule & Location:

• Pay Range: $26 - $34 per hour

• Part-Time Position

• Afternoon & Early Evening Hours

• Location: Petersburg, VA Area

Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain certification

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred

• Experience working with children or in ABA therapy is a plus, but not required

• Ability to pass a background check

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
