Development Manager

Responsibilities Fund Development: focus on research and new revenue sources, utilize CRM daily, build donor relationships, manage fundraising events, co‑manage the Development Coordinator, represent the organization at events. Communications, Community Relations, Outreach, and Awareness: professional writing for donor appeals, recruit and oversee Teen Leadership Council members, moderate executive committee meetings, oversee the annual fundraiser. Relationship Skills: foster positive relationships, solicit donations, maintain confidentiality of donor information, possess administrative skills, practice flexible teamwork, serve as a positive role model. Qualifications Minimum five years of experience in a non‑profit setting. Bachelor’s degree. Ability to work with diverse populations. Passionate about the mission and equitable access to healthcare. CRM proficiency required (e.g., Salesforce, Virtuous, Raisers Edge) and proficiency in Canva. Availability to work evenings and weekends and occasional travel within Greater Philadelphia area.
