Role Overview The Technology NSO Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the expansion of our physical retail stores by coordinating technology infrastructure and ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet desired outcomes. Responsibilities Coordinating infrastructure required at all store openings and reclaiming hardware from stores when closing. Coordinating and supporting technology infrastructure for store renovations, relocations, retro‑fits, and other changes. Liaising with other internal departments to incorporate technology requirements into the project. Providing weekly status reports on progress, open issues, risks, and support needed. Building and maintaining documentation to manage the project efficiently. Ensuring high‑quality delivery and handover to the retail team. Coordinating the store handover with stakeholders for a seamless transition from planning to retail. Performing post‑mortem reports after each project to evaluate success and determine best practices. Owning on‑call support responsibilities and proactively handling incidents to maintain high system availability. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in relevant technology areas; retail domain experience preferred. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and open to leveraging AI and automation to improve outcomes. Ability to multi‑task, work under pressure, and adapt when needed. Strong relationship‑building skills, communicating with honesty and kindness. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills to drive continual improvement. Creative problem‑solving ability to quickly identify and resolve critical issues. Basic understanding of computer hardware and accessories (desktop, mobile, peripherals). Exposure to or interest in AI‑enabled tools for reporting, incident management, workflow automation, or documentation. Availability for onsite work and travel. Compensation Annual salary range: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 USD, based on relevant experience and work location.
