Alignerr is building a dataset of expert tasks to train and evaluate AI agents in real enterprise support. As a Task Author for Customer Support / Success, you will design end-to-end support triage tasks—from reading a ticket to deciding between fix and escalation—and write scoring rubrics that allow objective verification. This is a fully remote, hourly contract role for seasoned support professionals. The position suits those in the Austin tech corridor seeking flexible, task-based work on #J-18808-Ljbffr Dorado
