Summary

We are seeking a Veterinary Technician II to join our passionate team at Howell Animal Hospital in the US. This role is vital to our mission of delivering high-quality veterinary care, ensuring that our furry patients receive the best possible treatment.
Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians during examinations and surgical procedures.
• Perform diagnostic tests and laboratory work to aid in patient diagnosis.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by veterinarians.
• Maintain accurate medical records for all patients.
• Provide compassionate care to animals during their stay at the hospital.
• Educate pet owners on proper animal care and health maintenance.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for both animals and staff.
• Collaborate with team members to improve clinic operations.
• Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited veterinary technician program preferred.
• Valid CVT ( prefered )
• 3+ years Proven experience required as a veterinary technician, particularly in critical care settings.
• Strong knowledge of veterinary terminology, animal anatomy, and physiology.
• Excellent animal handling skills with a focus on safety and comfort.
