Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that the system architecture solutions align with business objectives. Your key responsibilities As a Manager in Technology Analysis, you will manage and deliver high-quality processes, solutions, or projects with a focus on risk management. Your responsibilities will include continuous process improvement, innovation, and leveraging best practices. You will oversee professional employees or supervise teams to achieve complex technical initiatives. Expect to maintain billable client charging, lead delivery streams, manage projects, and engage with external clients daily. Travel may be required based on client needs.

• Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
• Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.

• Lead and deliver quality SAP projects or workstreams. You will initiate the requirement gathering, architect solutions, blueprinting, testing, complete the workflow and documentation, as well as the functional design of the solution. Liaise with the stakeholders and technical team to translate needs into business solutions and complete the configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non- SAP systems.? ?
• Consistently deliver quality client services. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
• Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
• Demonstrate strong decision-making skills in developing solutions for complex problems.
• Modify policies and establish procedures within the scope of work.
• Possess a functional understanding of system development lifecycle and technology business architecture frameworks.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• 4 to 6 years of SAP ERP experience, including at least three full lifecycle implementations across Finance modules (e.g., AP, AR, GL).
• Proven experience managing SAP projects or workstreams, including coordination of project-based team members; exposure to hybrid onshore/offshore delivery models is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical documentation skills.
• Solid understanding of SAP Finance leading practices, industry benchmarks, and advisory experience within finance and technology functions.
• Hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA FICO , including one or more of the following:
• CO (Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA )
• FI (General Ledger, Accounts Receivable) and FSCM (Bank Account Management, In-House Cash, BCM )
• Treasury
• Experience with system configuration and development of functional specifications.
• Familiarity with RFP processes and Phase 0 activities.
• Working knowledge of Agile and ASAP methodologies.
• Ability to independently research and address client inquiries, including regulatory and industry trends
• Strong relationship management skills.
• A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Prior consulting experience.
• SAP certification(s), including P_S4FIN – Financials in SAP S/4HANA for SAP ERP Finance Experts.
• Experience with at least three full lifecycle implementations in a core SAP Finance module.
• Additional SAP Finance certifications and/or prior accounting or finance industry experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

• We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $142,600 to $261,500. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $171,200 to $297,200. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
