Position Overview:

Reporting to the U.S. Chief Claims Officer, the Senior Vice President, Claims Strategy, Operations & Alternative Risk will serve as a key member of the Claims Leadership Team, responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision for the U.S. Claims organization. This executive leader will oversee Claims Operations, Claims Strategy, Third-Party Administrator (TPA) Management, Programs & Alternative Risk Claims, Claims Quality Assurance, Operational Excellence, and Transformation initiatives.

The SVP will partner closely with Claims, Underwriting, Technology, Data & Analytics, Actuarial, Legal, and Operations leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, strengthen claims capabilities, optimize performance, implement scalable operating models, and ensure superior customer and financial outcomes across the enterprise.
