Available Shifts Day Shifts Evening Shifts Overnight Shifts Weekend Shifts Flexible Per Diem Scheduling Compensation & Benefits LPNs starting at $40.00 per hour Weekly direct deposit Sign-on bonus Employee referral bonus program Flexible 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts One-on-one patient care Fast and efficient onboarding Ongoing clinical training and support Supportive nursing and administrative team Qualifications Active Connecticut LPN license Current BLS Certification Minimum of one year of pediatric nursing experience preferred (home care, hospital, or acute care) Authorized to work in the United States Valid driver's license preferred Current physical completed within the last 12 months Current TB screening (PPD or QuantiFERON within one year) or chest X-ray, if applicable Why Join Affim Home Care?
