Position Description Be able to produce high quality machined parts using various types of machine tools. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Must be proficient in reading blueprints. Verify conformance of finished workpieces by using measuring instruments common to the machinist trade. Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations. Document actions by completing production and quality logs. Work hard and reliably. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. Job Requirements High School Diploma or Equivalent. At least 2 years of experience in a machine shop environment, production and/or job shop. Good mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills. Math, measuring, and blueprint reading skills. CNC set‑up and operation experience is a plus. Able to work independently and responsibly. Resourceful and a self‑starter. Available to work 2nd shift if necessary.
