How You Will Enjoy Your Day: Provide world class service to our guests throughout multiple retail outlets. Share your passion for our specially curated collection of art and gifts; your excitement about our resort, services and programs; your knowledge of the history of our scenic location

Work Performed:

1. Always uphold all Enchantment Resort guest service standards and practices
2. Drive positive revenue results by actively engaging and educating our guests with a focus on building the sale
3. Ability to obtain and share product knowledge with a focus on enhancing the guest's buying experience
4. Accurately process all transactions through POS system to ensure proper policies are followed for cash handling, credit card charges, room charges, etc.
5. Remain current on policies regarding payments, discounts, returns and exchanges, security practices and other applicable operations
6. Ensure prompt and positive resolution of all guest concerns
7. Promote an inclusive collaborative approach to problem solving
8. Maintain inventory levels on selling floor and in store back stock by utilizing communication procedures for warehouse restocking and purchasing
9. Maintain overall cleanliness of Retail Outlets
10. Ability to work and perform various duties between multiple outlets
11. Other duties as assigned

Position Specific Benefits:

Minimum Requirements:

High school degree or equivalent. Prior retail experience preferred. Good customer services and communication skills necessary. Strong computer skills to utilize retail software and other company software

Physical Requirements:

Lifting & carrying up to 50 pounds

5% Sitting

95% Standing, walking and bending

Hearing and manual dexterity

Distance vision 1-3 feet

Ability to work in all types of weather conditions

Ability to drive a golf cart
