About the role

Oasis Solutions is an ERP consulting firm specializing in NetSuite and Sage Intacct implementations. Our team works with small and mid-sized organizations across a variety of industries to help them get more value from their business systems.

We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of our marketing initiatives, including email and social campaigns, partner programs, events, targeted account lists, and marketing reporting.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines. You'll work closely with marketing leadership, Sales, Client Success, and other teams to ensure marketing activities are completed accurately and on schedule.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, marketing operations, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, particularly email campaigns, list management, and basic reporting.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable using AI tools to support content creation, research, and workflow efficiency.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Canva or a similar design platform.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of routine responsibilities, and proactively identify issues.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift.

What you'll do

• Manage partner deal registrations for NetSuite and Sage Intacct, including new opportunity registration, activity updates, status tracking, and deadline management.
• Coordinate MDF and co-op reimbursement submissions and maintain supporting documentation.
• Build and maintain targeted prospect and account lists using ZoomInfo based on defined ICP, territory, industry, company size, and other criteria.
• Clean, validate, upload, and organize marketing and prospect data within HubSpot.
• Execute email marketing campaigns according to the approved marketing calendar, including list selection, scheduling, content preparation, and performance reporting.
• Maintain HubSpot contact and list hygiene, including bounced contacts, unsubscribes, duplicates, and campaign attribution.
• Maintain the marketing content calendar and coordinate approved content across email, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and other active channels.
• Draft marketing content such as emails, social posts, blog content, case studies, presentations, and other marketing materials for review and approval.
• Support webinars, trade shows, networking events, user groups, and client events, including registration, vendor coordination, communications, shipping, attendance tracking, and post-event follow-up.
• Track and report marketing performance using HubSpot, GA4, partner portals, and other available data sources.
• Use AI tools to support content development, research, list segmentation, personalization, and marketing workflow efficiency.
• Maintain organized marketing files, templates, campaign records, and shared resources.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, and other internal teams to support marketing and business development priorities.
