Draft pleadings, motions, and written discovery. Conduct legal research and develop case strategy. Take and defend depositions. Attend hearings, mediations, and client meetings. Prepare cases for trial and participate in trial proceedings when necessary. Advise clients on employment-related disputes and risk management. Maintain strong communication with clients and colleagues. Meet billable requirements while delivering exceptional client service. Qualifications Active California Bar license in good standing. JD from an ABA-accredited law school. 2+ years of employment law experience. Experience handling litigation matters and managing multiple cases. Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills. Deposition and motion practice experience preferred. Trial and mediation experience are a plus.
