Professional Land Surveyor

A family-oriented construction and design firm specializing in custom homes currently has a full-time permanent position near Kettering, OH available for a Professional Land Surveyor . Required work experience includes: 3-5 years of experience as a Professional Land Surveyor Familiar with Civil 3D (AutoCAD), legal description, and feature code. Experienced with various surveying equipment i.e. (Robotic Total Stations, GNSS etc). Familiarity with topographic surveys, construction staking, ALTA/NSPS land survey, and boundary surveys. PLS Licensure in the state of Ohio (preferred) , Tennessee, or Kentucky.
