- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- 0 - 5 years of experience in financial reporting, forecasting, and accounting policy interpretation at a plant or site level.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Lotus Notes.
- Familiarity with SAP/FMIP/Passport and general financial reporting processes.
- CPA or Master's Degree in a related field.
- Experience in financial operations, tax reporting, and compliance with industry accounting policies.
- Skills in SQL & Power BI for ad-hoc report development.
- Experience with electronic funds sources and trade capture platforms.
