itD is seeking a Content Strategist III to create, edit, and publish high-quality Help Center content that supports product launches across Meta’s family of apps and business tools. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in digital content writing, editorial and technical/help-center content, CMS publishing, HTML, and content strategy , with a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent launches and collaborate with product, marketing, technical, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and publish Help Center content in a CMS using simple, clear, jargon-free language aligned with established voice and editorial standards.

• Develop and execute content strategies supporting product changes, launches, and updates across consumer and business-facing products.

• Manage multiple content projects and product launches simultaneously across varied subject areas while meeting tight publishing deadlines.

• Collaborate with product, marketing, technical, and business stakeholders to gather information, incorporate feedback, resolve conflicting inputs, and produce accurate public-facing content.

• Draft and structure technical, educational, and how-to content that enables consumers and businesses to understand and use products effectively.

• Review and quality-check content for accuracy, clarity, consistency, usability, grammar, and adherence to editorial standards before publication.

• Communicate proactively with stakeholders regarding project status, priorities, risks, dependencies, and publishing timelines while working independently with minimal oversight.

Internal Responsibilities

• Attend regular internal practice community meetings.

• Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.

• Complete client case studies and learning material, including blogs and media material.

• Build materials and contribute content to the Digital Transformation practice.

• Attend internal itD networking events, both in person and virtually.

• Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 3+ years of experience in digital content writing and content management.

• 3+ years of hands-on CMS experience , including drafting, editing, structuring, and publishing content.

• Hands-on HTML experience supporting digital content creation and publishing.

• Demonstrated editorial, Help Center, knowledge-base, documentation, or technical writing experience .

• Experience producing public-facing content for consumers, businesses, or users of digital products.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects or launches across different subject matters and meet tight deadlines.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders , including technical, product, marketing, and business teams.

• Strong editing, writing, content-structuring, and attention-to-detail skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and proactively communicate progress, priorities, and risks.

• Writing samples are required: Submit a portfolio link or 2–3 published writing samples with the resume. Technical, educational, Help Center, documentation, or how-to samples are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Experience writing technical, product, educational, or how-to guides for consumers or businesses.

• Experience supporting content for a global technology company or digital-first organization .

• Experience working within an in-house Help Center, documentation, knowledge-base, or product-content team.

• Familiarity with marketing or communications environments and terminology.

• Experience supporting content through product launch and release cycles .

• Ability to quickly learn new technical subject matter and translate complex concepts into clear, user-friendly content.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, Marketing, Technical Writing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent relevant professional experience may be considered.

Candidate Requirement

A portfolio link or 2–3 published writing samples must be submitted alongside with resume. Samples should demonstrate hands-on writing and editing ability, with preference given to technical, educational, Help Center, documentation, knowledge-base, or product-support content.

Candidates whose experience is primarily marketing/brand copywriting or program/project management without hands-on CMS publishing and technical/product writing evidence will not be considered for this assignment.
