Our main purpose is to strengthen Roche's digital capabilities globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting, and Creative Design.The Opportunity:As part of the Global Digital Hub Team, you will execute end-to-end digital marketing operations, supporting global stakeholders to maximize their digital campaign performance and optimize tool usage across our global platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute end-to-end digital customer communications and email campaigns using global marketing platforms, managing distribution lists and audience segmentation.Drive digital product activation and master marketing data management in SAP and WoMDER to ensure compliant, accurate system setups for global campaigns.Provide daily operational support to global marketing teams and affiliates, troubleshooting digital tool logic, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring platform audit readiness.Collaborate with regional marketing affiliates on localized campaign inputs, platform rollouts, and user training via systems like Cornerstone.Identify workflow bottlenecks to continuously standardize, automate, and optimize digital marketing processes.Who You AreEducation & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications, or Digital Business) with 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing operations or marketing shared services.Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with enterprise tools (e.g., SAP), marketing automation platforms, digital workflow systems, and customer database management.Core Competencies: Detail-oriented with a solid understanding of process-driven digital marketing workflows and campaign execution standard practices.Languages: Business fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.Explore what the Global Digital Hub is about.
