About the Role As a Cook at Meadow Falls of Bath, you will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious meals to our residents. You will work closely with our Dietary Manager to ensure that all meals are prepared in accordance with our high standards of quality and safety. You will also be expected to work in a team environment, delegating tasks and supporting your colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of our kitchen. Responsibilities Prepare and cook meals according to our menu and dietary requirements Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards Work closely with the Dietary Manager to plan and prepare menus and specials Delegate tasks to and support your team members Maintain accurate records of inventory, food preparation, and training Develop and maintain a positive and respectful rapport with residents, staff, and visitors Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Physical endurance to lift, bend, and move around the kitchen Strong ethics and commitment to excellence Good time-management skills and attention to detail Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Respectful and compassionate attitude towards residents and colleagues Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards Experience in housekeeping is preferred, but not required What We Offer A rewarding and challenging work environment Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and development A chance to make a difference in the lives of our residents #J-18808-Ljbffr
