Brand Marketing Manager

Job Type Commission Based Salary $150k/year - 200k/year Location Newark, NJ A growing manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Brand Marketing Manager to take ownership of its brand across every customer touchpoint. This role will serve as the central point of accountability for brand integrity, ensuring that every asset, campaign, and public facing interaction reflects a consistent and compelling company identity. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Brand Marketing Manager will lead a team of graphic designers and content developers while overseeing brand strategy, creative production, messaging, positioning, reputation, and customer reviews. This individual will work closely with leadership and teams throughout the organization to ensure the brand is represented consistently across digital, print, retail, showroom, and customer facing materials. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for both visual and written content, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to combine creative direction with high level brand strategy.

Location: Newark, NJ, On Site Type: Full time Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM Salary: $150,000 to $200,000/year

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and evolve company brand guidelines, including visual identity, tone of voice, and usage standards
• Ensure consistent brand execution across digital, print, retail, showrooms, and customer facing materials
• Lead and manage graphic designers and content developers
• Establish review and approval processes for brand and creative content
• Oversee creative production from initial concept through final execution
• Manage relationships with photographers, videographers, agencies, and production vendors
• Build and maintain a centralized library of brand and creative assets
• Own and develop the company’s messaging framework, value proposition, and market positioning
• Ensure consistent messaging across marketing, sales, and communications
• Support PR strategy, media opportunities, and reputation management
• Monitor brand sentiment and identify potential reputation risks and opportunities
• Develop strategies to monitor and improve customer ratings and reviews
• Analyze feedback and brand performance to identify opportunities for improvement
• Partner with leadership and departments across the organization on brand strategy and execution

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, and creative direction required
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, messaging, and market positioning
• Experience leading creative teams and managing the production process
• Experience with PR and reputation management
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong eye for visual and written consistency
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to influence and collaborate with teams across multiple departments
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
