Operations Processor 1 – Receptionist

Job Duration: 3 Months (Possible Extension/Conversion)

Location: Santa Fe, NM 87501 (Onsite - No Work from Home)

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM MST - 40 hours/week

Pay Range: $18-19/hour

Pay Structure: Biweekly – Once every two weeks

Tentative Start Date: 10/12/2026

Interview Process: One round – 30-minute video interview

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
• Manage front desk operations and visitor sign-in procedures.
• Receive and collect documents from clients dropping them off at the branch.
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
• Schedule appointments and assist with calendar management.
• Perform basic administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Interact professionally with clients and internal personnel.

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ months of receptionist, administrative, or operations support experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience greeting visitors and answering phones in a professional environment.
