Medical Lab Technician

We are urgently seeking three experienced and adaptable General Lab Technologists (MLS/MT) to join our high-volume, Level 1 Trauma Core Laboratory. This fast-paced role requires generalists who can seamlessly transition between Chemistry and Hematology benches to ensure optimal lab workflow and critical patient care.

Shift, Schedule & Training

Standard Shift: Night Shift, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM, Monday through Friday.

Weekend Rotation: Every 3rd weekend.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Certification: Active ASCP MLS or AMT/MT certification is strictly required.

Lab Environment: Strong, proven experience working in a high-volume, Level 1 Trauma Core Lab, with the ability to confidently cover 1-2 benches.

Flexibility: Demonstrated technical expertise to switch fluidly between Hematology and Chemistry departments as needed.

Equipment & Analyzer Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have direct experience with the following instrumentation, and these analyzers must be explicitly listed on your resume:

Chemistry: Beckman Coulter

Hematology: Beckman Coulter and ACL TOP
