This is a hands‑on position suitable for someone who takes safety seriously and works with urgency. Responsibilities Mount and dismount commercial tires properly. Perform flat repairs and inspections. Manage wheel end basics, torque specifications, and safe lifting practices. Keep a clean work area and follow shop procedures. Document work performed and tire condition notes. Performance expectations Commit to following safety rules daily. Minimize rework whenever possible. Achieve productivity goals based on store volume. Finish tasks on time. Requirements Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Ability to lift heavy objects and stand on your feet for extended periods. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record preferred. Willingness to work in heat, cold, and outdoor conditions. Schedule Monday through Friday, with some Saturday coverage based on a rotating schedule. On‑call or roadside rotation when applicable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
