• Build and maintain C#/.NET APIs, middleware, and business logic.
• Develop integrations connecting enterprise systems and cloud platforms.
• Build and support web and mobile application capabilities.
• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and work with relational databases.
• Contribute to application and data-center migration efforts into Azure.
• Develop ETL and data-integration solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the application stack.
• Write clean, testable, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with technical leads and team members to implement defined requirements.
• Occasionally contribute to Vue/Nuxt front-end development.

• 5 years of professional software development experience preferred.
• Strong C# and .NET development experience.
• Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs and backend business logic.
• Strong SQL and relational database experience.
• Demonstrated ability to independently own and explain code and technical decisions.
• Active hands-on developer; this is not primarily a support or troubleshooting role.
• Strong work ethic, ownership, communication, and ability to work independently.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within an established development team.
• Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows.
• Understanding of API/web security fundamentals, including token-based authentication.

• Azure development or migration experience.
• UKG/Kronos or HR technology integration experience.
• Vue or Nuxt experience.
• JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Azure DevOps and CI/CD experience.
• Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, or other event-driven architecture.
• Azure Entra ID.
• Docker, Kubernetes, or AKS.
• Application Insights or Azure Monitor.
• Microservices and distributed systems experience.
• Experience with automated testing, Agile/Scrum, or domain-driven design.
