We are looking for a skilled Project Manager - Systems to lead operational and technology-focused initiatives in Greensboro, North Carolina. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who is detail oriented and can coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain project momentum, and drive structured execution across complex workstreams. The role requires a strong command of formal project management practices, clear communication, and the ability to support Agile and Scrum-based delivery environments.

Responsibilities:
• Lead system-related projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, scope, and deliverables remain aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate work across multiple departments to keep stakeholders informed, resolve roadblocks, and promote effective collaboration.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, status reporting, and governance documentation to support informed decision-making.
• Facilitate meetings, track action items, and monitor milestones to ensure consistent progress across operational and technical initiatives.
• Apply structured project management methods to manage priorities, risks, dependencies, and resource needs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support Agile and Scrum-based workflows by helping teams organize deliverables, maintain visibility, and adapt to changing requirements.
• Oversee operational improvement efforts and, when applicable, manage system transition activities within the scope of assigned projects.
• Partner with leadership and project stakeholders to define goals, measure outcomes, and ensure successful implementation of solutions.• Proven experience managing system-focused or operational projects in a structured business environment.
• Strong knowledge of formal project management methodologies and best practices.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential is preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments with an understanding of iterative delivery principles.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to deadlines and project quality.
