Escrow Assistant

This position plays a key role in managing legal real estate documentation, supporting transactional matters, and maintaining corporate and property-related records. The ideal candidate has a strong background in real estate law and contract management. Key Responsibilities Review, draft, and organize legal and real estate documentation related to acquisitions, sales, and financing. Conduct due diligence for property transactions, including title searches and review of legal encumbrances. Assist attorneys with legal research, document preparation, and transactional support. Maintain and organize corporate and property-related legal files, ensuring accessibility and proper record-keeping. Support corporate governance efforts by preparing resolutions, managing entity filings, and maintaining records. Assist with general administrative duties and special projects as directed by management to ensure smooth business operations. Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, Business, or related field (paralegal certification preferred) 1–3 years of experience in real estate law, property management, or a legal department within a real estate company Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with legal or real estate databases preferred Skills Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in documentation Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
