Project Manager - Specialty Construction

Position: Project Manager – Specialty Construction Location: Deer Park, NY Company/Industry: Well-established architectural fabrication/specialty construction firm Schedule: On-site, Mon-Fri Salary: $100K - $150K, depending on experience, with flexibility for the right candidate Type: Direct Hire with benefitsResponsibilitiesManage projects from award through closeout: procurement, fabrication, delivery, installation, punch list, and final turnoverPrepare and maintain detailed project schedules; monitor progress and adjust resources as neededCoordinate with internal teams, fabricators, suppliers, subcontractors, and field personnelAttend site meetings, conduct site walks, and oversee installation progressTrack budgets, monitor cost?to?complete, and report financial performance to leadershipPrepare purchase orders, negotiate vendor pricing, and manage subcontractor relationshipsDocument and negotiate change orders, maintain logs, and resolve claimsOversee shop drawings, field measurements, cut tickets, and ensure accuracy before releaseMaintain strong client communication and uphold company standards throughout the project lifecycleQualificationsExperience in specialty construction is required: stone, millwork, metal & glass, façade systems, or similarStrong ability to read blueprints, specs, RFIs, and technical documentsProficient in Microsoft OfficeAbility to travel to job sites, suppliers, and fabricators (occasional out?of?state travel)Strong math skills Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $100,000.00 - $150,000.00Job SummaryJob number: 577408Profession: Management
