Digital marketing Oversee the restaurant’s digital presence, including the website, social media, and online review platforms. Implement targeted digital marketing campaigns to reach specific demographics. Content creation Develop engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels. Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing and compelling marketing materials. Social media management Manage and grow the restaurant’s social media accounts. Create and curate content, engage with followers, and leverage social platforms for promotions. Public relations Build relationships with media outlets, bloggers, and influencers. Coordinate press releases, interviews, and other PR activities to generate positive coverage. Collaboration with culinary team Collaborate with chefs and culinary teams to highlight menu offerings and culinary innovations. Develop marketing campaigns around seasonal menus, special events, and promotions. Customer engagement programs Implement loyalty programs, customer surveys, and feedback mechanisms. Requirements Education and Experience Preferred candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 3‑5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry, is highly desirable.
