About the Role The Maintenance Mechanic ClassC is responsible for diligently maintaining superior quality, productivity, and housekeeping standards for assigned equipment. Key Responsibilities Perform maintenance functions to uphold equipment quality, productivity, and housekeeping standards. Provide direction for preventive maintenance and upgrades. Use troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills to resolve equipment issues. Maintain strong organizational skills with appropriate follow‑up, and demonstrate good verbal and written communication. Read, write, and interpret print for safe use of lockout/tag‑out and confined‑space entry programs. Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, EPA regulations and adhere to good manufacturing practices to prevent product contamination. About You (Qualifications) High school diploma or GED equivalent. Extensive experience in mechanical maintenance, with demonstrated skill level to perform essential job functions. Knowledge of lockout/tag‑out and confined‑space entry programs. Ability to read, write, and speak English. Skills recognized by management as essential to maintenance, supported by training, certificates, or documented evidence of current knowledge of relevant technologies. Strong leadership and organizational abilities. Shift Information Full‑time, permanent role on the 3rd shift (10pm–6:30am). Shift differential pay included.
