Responsibilities Provide direct patient care on AM and NOC shifts, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure a high level of satisfaction and care Collaborate with the healthcare team to identify and address patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement treatment strategies Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, documenting all care and treatment provided Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction Stay current with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in care About the Role As a Registered Nurse (RN) on our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and their families, providing care that is tailored to their unique needs and goals.
