This position offers the opportunity to work within a well-established organization, with a focus on growth and career development in a collaborative, dynamic environment. The company operates in a variety of industries and provides internal mobility for long-term professional development. The role is hybrid (4 days in office, 1 remote) and reports to an Accounting Manager, with additional oversight from higher-level finance executives. Key Responsibilities: Prepare monthly journal entries and account reconciliations for various financial areas Assist in financial reporting and analysis for assigned functions Manage and track capital expenditures and fixed asset records Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support cost-related projects Support internal controls, audit preparation, and adherence to company policies Collaborate with internal teams and assist with external audit inquiries Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or MBA is a plus) Experience: 1–3 years of accounting experience (manufacturing or industrial environment preferred) Skills: Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.); familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools a plus Attributes: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide actionable financial insights Cultural Fit: A self-motivated, team-oriented individual eager to grow within the organization This role presents a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking for stability and growth within a respected global company.
