Job Description
Join a respected manufacturing team as a Quality Technician and play a key role in ensuring products meet quality and performance standards. This position involves hands-on inspection, testing, and data analysis to maintain consistent product quality throughout production. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, technical aptitude, and a solid understanding of measurement tools and inspection processes. Responsibilities:
· Perform inspection of in-process, final-stage, domestic, and imported products
· Evaluate and process non-conforming material reports
· Conduct shipping audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
· Perform process capability studies and SPC data analysis, providing recommendations based on findings
· Set up measurement equipment and perform micro-analysis, including microhardness and carburization/decarburization testing

Qualifications and Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Previous gauging experience and knowledge of optical comparators
· Basic knowledge of testing and measuring equipment
· Previous experience with SPC (Statistical Process Control)
· Tow motor experience preferred
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints

The base salary range for this position is $22-$28 per hour , excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
