Provides efficient, gracious, and professional guest service. Requirements High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree with emphasis in hospitality preferred. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate with guests, team members and department managers. Strong team spirit. Prior customer service experience required. Strong computer/PC skills with Microsoft Excel experience a plus. Commitment to exceptional guest service. Positive attitude. Adherence to hotel policies and procedures. Ability to work overnight shift 10 PM to 8 AM and a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends. Strong math and basic accounting skills. Physical Demands Ability to stand for 8 to 10 hours a day. Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push or pull up to 50 pounds. Good manual dexterity for use of common office equipment. Long hours sometimes required. Ability to read, count, and write in order to accurately complete documentation. Ability to communicate with employees and guests. Ability to process information through computer systems.
