The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, create a welcoming guest experience, and ensure smooth daily front desk operations. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner Check guests in and out efficiently using Marriott systems and standards Handle guest requests, questions, and concerns promptly Answer and direct phone calls professionally Process reservations, room changes, and payments accurately Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction Follow all Marriott brand standards and hotel policies Balance cash drawer and complete shift reports Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Qualifications Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred Marriott experience is a plus Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays Professional appearance and positive attitude Basic computer skills required Ability to stand for extended periods and multitask effectively Schedule Full-time and part-time positions available Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required Additional Benefits Competitive pay Marriott hotel travel discounts Paid training Opportunities for advancement Supportive team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
