Co-Foreman

Responsibilities Assist the Foreman in managing daily fence installation projects. Lead crew members and ensure quality workmanship throughout the project. Read and follow project layouts, scopes of work, and company standards. Ensure proper use and care of company vehicles, trailers, tools, and equipment. Communicate effectively with customers, crew members, and management. Assist with material staging, inventory control, and jobsite organization. Maintain a clean, safe, and professional jobsite. Train and mentor new installers. Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, carrying materials, and fence installation. Conduct quality control checks throughout the installation process. Assist with project documentation, photos, and final inspections. Qualifications Previous fencing or construction experience required. Leadership or crew management experience preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to operate equipment and power tools safely. Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Reliable transportation and punctual attendance. What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience.
