Location Galleria Centre – Scottsdale, AZ 85251 Pay Rate $17.00 / hour Position Type Part-Time / Full-Time (2–3 positions available) About the Role We are seeking 2 to 3 enthusiastic team members to join us at Titanic: An Immersive Voyage at the Galleria Centre in Scottsdale! As a member of our exhibition staff, you will play a key role in creating an unforgettable, high-quality experience for guests as they step back in time to explore the history of the Titanic. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests, scan tickets, and assist with guest check-in and flow throughout the exhibit. Provide exceptional customer service by answering visitor questions and offering information about the exhibit experience. Assist with gallery monitoring to ensure guest safety and preserve exhibition displays. Support daily operational needs, including opening and closing tasks. Schedule & Availability General Hours: Exhibition operates 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Closed Tuesdays). Weekend Hours: Extended closing hours until 10:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays. Days Off: Tuesdays (Exhibit Closed). Qualifications strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused with a positive attitude. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during operational shifts. Flexible availability to work weekends, including Friday and Saturday evening closing shifts.
