Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Youngtown is in the northwest Phoenix metro area, about 20 miles from Downtown Phoenix and about 10 miles from State Farm Stadium in Glendale.
