Base pay range $25.00/hr - $28.00/hr Job Title: Sales Administrator Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire Pay: $25-28/hr. (depending on experience) We’re looking for a Sales Administrator to support a growing sales and operations team at a leading industrial services company. This role is essential — it’s where the sales process begins — and is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, professional, and highly organized. Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for initiating sales quotes and proposals. Manage and organize all sales-related documentation (RFQs, POs, MSAs, job files, etc.) Create and maintain spreadsheets with pricing, project, and proposal details. Draft clear, professional proposals and business correspondence. Route proposals to internal stakeholders for review and approval. Coordinate communication for customer outreach and internal sales meetings. Support monthly sales projections and reporting. Respond to client questionnaires and compile bid packages. Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in sales support, contract administration, or project coordination (preferably in industrial services or construction) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM or ACT! experience is a plus.
