Accounts Payable Analyst

We’re partnering with a fast‑growing, industrial services company in Southeast Houston that’s making big moves and growing exponentially. They’re reorganizing their accounting department and creating a brand‑new Accounts Payable Specialist role to support that growth. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys Accounts Payable. What You’ll Do: Process 2000 invoices per month in a paperless electronic environment Research and troubleshoot discrepancies Partner with internal departments to process check requests Correspond with vendors regarding payment terms and payment dates Pair PO or back up to invoices within ERP system Support ad hoc Accounts Payable projects What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of solid Accounts Payable experience in an electronic environment A self‑starter mindset and someone who is assertive but flexible Strong business acumen with great communication skills – verbal and written Bonus points for systems experience with Spectrum and intermediate MS Excel Why This Role?
