The Opportunity As a Family Home Provider, you integrate an individual into your daily life. You aren’t just a caregiver; you are a mentor, a housemate, and a support system. Whether they need hands‑on assistance with personal care or simply a companion to go grocery shopping and share a meal with, you provide the foundation for their independence. What You’ll Do: Provide a safe, welcoming, and inclusive living environment. Assist with ADLs (cooking, cleaning, bathing) as required by the individual’s specific care level. Manage and ensure the administration of all prescribed medications. Help the individual reach personal goals and develop life skills. Include the individual in family activities and outings—share the fun! Maintain accurate daily documentation to ensure the highest standard of care. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Age: Must be 18 years of age or older. Requirements: A valid Driver’s License, active auto insurance, ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work closely with our administrative support team. The Home: Ability to pass a home safety inspection and background check.
