Sr. Logic Monitor Administrator@ 100% Remote Role

Required Skills & Experience: -


5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Monitoring.


3+ years of hands-on experience with LogicMonitor (administering, customizing, integrating).


Strong knowledge of network protocols (SNMP, ICMP, NetFlow), firewalls, switches, and routers.


Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid monitoring approaches.


Experience scripting with Python, PowerShell, or Bash.


Ability to define KPIs, SLAs/SLOs, and build intelligent dashboards.


Strong communication skills and experience working in cross-functional environments.


Knowledge of ITIL processes and incident/alert management workflows.

Preferred Qualifications: -


LogicMonitor Certified Associate / Professional (if applicable). -


Experience integrating with ServiceNow, Splunk, Jira, PagerDuty. -


Exposure to compliance frameworks: FedRAMP, HIPAA, PCI-DSS.


Background in NOC operations or SRE practices is a plus.
