An independent nonprofit community hospital in Oregon’s scenic Willamette Valley (just 20 minutes to Salem and 1 hour to Portland) is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine physician to join a collaborative outpatient primary care team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a physician seeking strong compensation, quality of life, and the ability to practice patient-centered medicine within a community-focused health system.

Position Highlights

• 100% outpatient Internal Medicine
• Adult-only patient panel
• Established patient base with strong community need
• Collaborative, team-based primary care environment
• Rural Health Clinic setting with strong clinical support
• Lean, physician-led culture with strong APP collaboration
• Opportunity to care for more medically complex chronic disease populations
• Flexible, relationship-driven practice model

Schedule & Call

• Monday–Friday schedule
• Expected patient volume: 18–20/day
• Shared clinic call rotation
• Very light phone-only call burden
• Most after-hours concerns handled through nurse triage service

Compensation & Benefits

• $325K base salary
• RVU incentive opportunity
• $25K sign-on bonus
• Relocation assistance available
• 34 days PTO year one
• CME allowance + licensure reimbursement

Candidate Requirements

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine
• New graduates welcome
• Comfortable managing chronic disease and medically complex adult patients
• Strong communication and team-oriented mindset
